Snapdrop plans include storage and event limits so every studio gets reliable service. Limits reset when you upgrade; unused storage does not roll over month to month.

Media retention
Guest photos and videos are kept for a fixed number of days starting from the event date you choose when creating the event (not the upload date). After the last day, files are automatically deleted from storage and guest links stop working.
What counts as an event?
Each event you create in your dashboard counts toward your plan limit, whether or not uploads are currently open.
- Single Event: one event only — you cannot delete it to create another. Upgrade to a monthly plan to run more events.
- Standard & Pro: delete old events you no longer need to free a slot (close guest uploads first).
- Studio: unlimited events.
Photos & videos
Single Event and Standard plans accept photos only. Pro and Studio plans accept photos and videos. See pricing for details.
Storage
Storage is the total size of guest uploads across all your events. When you reach your limit, new uploads are paused until you upgrade or remove media.
Studio plan
Studio includes unlimited events and 1 TB storage under fair use. Abuse (automated scraping, reselling storage, or illegal content) may result in suspension per our terms.
