Frequently asked questions
- Do guests need an account or app?
- No. Guests scan your QR code or open your event link in any phone browser — no app or signup. They upload photos on all plans; videos are available on Pro and Studio only.
- When am I charged?
- Sign up for free, then buy a Single Event pass (€10 one-time) or choose a monthly plan from your dashboard billing page. Stripe processes payments in EUR.
- What is the Single Event pass?
- €10 one-time for one event: 5 GB storage, 5-day media retention from your event date, and photos only (no video). The event slot cannot be deleted — upgrade to a monthly plan for multiple events.
- Can guests upload videos?
- Single Event and Standard plans accept photos only. Pro and Studio plans accept photos and videos.
- Can I delete an event?
- On Standard, Pro, and Studio you can delete events you no longer need (close guest uploads first). Single Event passes cannot delete their one event slot.
- How long are guest photos kept?
- Retention is counted from the event date: Single Event and Standard 5 days, Pro 20 days, Studio 40 days. After that, files are automatically removed from storage.
- What counts toward storage?
- Guest uploads across all your events. When you reach your plan limit, new uploads pause until you upgrade or remove files.
- Where is my data stored?
- Media is stored in Cloudflare R2 (EU-capable). Your dashboard and accounts run on Supabase with row-level security so each studio only sees its own events.
